Delete your BigM Health account

BigM Health by BigM Health, Inc.

You can delete your account and all of your data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open BigM Health and sign in.
2. Go to the Me tab.
3. Tap Delete account and confirm.

Your account is deleted right away.

The sheet includes “Contribute my anonymized logs to menopause research”, checked by default. Uncheck it if you want nothing kept; see Anonymized research copy below.

Without the app

Email support@bigm.health from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my BigM Health account”. We will confirm the request with you and complete it within 30 days. Requests by email delete everything; no research copy is kept.

What gets deleted

• your profile (name, date of birth, phone number, language) and profile photo
• all symptom and activity logs, including archived history
• AI insights, scores, trends and article reading progress
• your partner link, invitations and the articles you shared
• your sign-in identity and email address

Residual copies in versioned storage and service logs are removed automatically within 90 days. We may keep limited records when the law requires it, for example records of subscription transactions.

Anonymized research copy

If you leave the research option checked, we keep one copy of your symptom and activity logs that can't be linked back to you. It has a random identifier, your age range, app language and the year, and answers with dates replaced by “days since your first log”. There is no name, email, phone number, photo, date of birth, exact dates or partner information. Because it can't be linked to you, it can't be found or deleted later. Subscriptions

Deleting your account does not cancel a BigM Plus subscription. To stop being charged, cancel it in Settings › Apple ID › Subscriptions on iPhone, or in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions on Android.
